Hi, I have the same problem as the previous post. The program has worked on my PC with previous ipods but not my new one, which is a 120 gig version 2.0.1 formatted for PC. It is set for manual/disc use. I have the newest version of itunes which sounds like it might have been causing some problems? Also, my .NET version is 3.5 . One weird thing is that I don't think that "find your ipod" tool worked, but it closed the window automatically and so I am not sure. Help please!!

Please also let me know your iPod model (Nano, Video, Classic, iPhon etc), version of iTunes (Help->about) and also version of Windows.

im also having this problem but i cant find my invoice, anyway of updating the program?

if you do not have your invoice you need to email me the following to esupport@escsoft.com

1. full name
2. address
3. where you purchased the software (paypal, esellerate or Regnow)
4. year if you can remember.

Make sure subject line of email contains the product name like: iDump, iDumpPro, iDumpPod2iTunes etc.
